How much the shipping cost?
Shipping charges based on selected item in checkout section. OTE Studio usually uses the Canada Post, but it might be different depending on your country. Shipping cost for items with the value of 100 CAD and up is free of charge in Canada.
How long the shipping take?
Our Standard Shipping method takes between 1 to 2 business days and our Express Shipping method takes between 3 to 5 business days within Canada and USA.
What is the process of shipping?
You will receive a confirmation Email right after your purchase. It takes 1-2 business days to send out your order. We will send the tracking number via Email and your order will generally deliver within 15 – 25 business days after receiving tracking number.
How long does shipping take in high demand delivery time?
Delivery time would vary on high demand delivery time. If you purchase for a specific occasion, let us know we do our best to place your order in a priority.

How do I make an order?
click on the item, select the size and add it to the card, then follow our secure and easy check out process.
How to apply my discount coupon?
Write the coupon in the box in the bottom of the order, and click apply. The discount will automatically apply and you will see the final price, quickly. Please note that you can only use each coupon once, per order since our discount coupons are not cumulative, unless otherwise.
What Currency does OTE Studio use?
All transactions and payments are processed in CAD Dollars.
What is the Payment method?
We currently accept credit card, apple pay, Shopify pay, google pay and PayPal. All transactions are in CAD Dollars. All payments made on www.ote-studio.com are secure, and we do not collect your payment information.
How to Cancel/change my order?
The process on your order will start as soon as you submit it, therefore it's very unfortunate that we are able to change or cancel it. If your order was made in the last 24 hours, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen. After 24 hours we are not able to do cancel or change.
How do I track my order?
After you receive your tracking number, you can easily track it via a link, sent through the email.
I wrote incomplete/wrong information, what should I do?
Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after you provided a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount - the customer is responsible for providing clear and correct shipping & billing information upon placing an order. In these situations, we will be able to resend the item back to you, but only if you cover the shipping costs.This happens because we value the working time, shipping expenses and other resources that we have invested when dispatching the first item to you.
Does the clothing make ethically?
All our products are made with love by happy human beings. We are working in a small studio and all pieces exclusively will tailor with ONE TEAM EARTH expertise. We are committed to fair employment practices and the upholding of human rights.
What material do you use?
OTE Studio mostly uses high quality cotton and linen materials for must-have items. The main material using in statement pieces is woven fabric made out of viscose. We believe in sustainability and durability which this material is vegan and made from wood. Viscose as the main material in our studio is durable and recently is the alternative for artificial silk. The material for each piece is explicit in the product description.
RETURN AND STORE CREDIT
How do I return my order?
Your satisfaction is a value for us. If you are not satisfied with your order, return them to us within the valid time for a Store Credit. All return accepts within 7 days of the delivery date. in the exact condition in which it was shipped.The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
How does my return process?
Please send an email here with the order number within 7 days from the arrival date to start the return process. We will not accept any returns or exchanges reported after 7 days from the arrival time.
How do I receive the Store Credit?
you will receive a confirmation Email contains a credit store code, when your return has been processed. Credit store will not expire and you can use it at any time.
