SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the items in your cart at checkout. OTE Studio primarily uses Canada Post for shipping, but the carrier may vary depending on your location. For orders over 100 CAD within Canada, shipping is free.
How long does shipping take?
For orders within Canada and the USA:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
For international orders, shipping times vary and will be provided at checkout.
What is the shipping process?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most orders are delivered within 5-15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
How long does shipping take during high-demand periods?
Shipping times may be longer during peak periods. If you need your order for a special occasion, please contact us, and we will prioritize your order whenever possible.
Where do my orders ship from?
All orders are shipped from our studio in Toronto, Canada.
ORDER, PAYMENT, AND TRACKING
How do I place an order?
Simply click on the item you wish to purchase, select the size, and add it to your cart. Follow our secure, easy checkout process to complete your order.
How do I apply my discount coupon?
Enter your coupon code in the designated box at checkout and click "Apply." The discount will be automatically applied to your total. Please note that only one coupon can be used per order unless otherwise specified.
What currency does OTE Studio use?
All prices and transactions on www.ote-studio.com are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are securely processed in CAD, and OTE Studio does not store your payment details.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is submitted, processing begins immediately, so changes or cancellations are generally not possible. If you need to make changes, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at ote.studio.ca@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. Use this link to monitor your delivery status.
What if I provided incorrect or incomplete information?
If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, we cannot offer a refund. The customer is responsible for providing accurate details at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect information, we can resend it, but you will need to cover the shipping costs.
PRODUCTS
Are your clothes made ethically?
Yes, all of our products are crafted with care and love by skilled artisans in our small studio. OTE Studio is committed to fair employment practices and maintaining a happy, ethical work environment.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality cotton and linen for essential items. For our statement pieces, we use viscose, a sustainable, wood-based fabric. Viscose is durable, vegan, and a great alternative to silk. Each product description includes specific material details.
RETURN AND STORE CREDIT
How do I return my order?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it for store creditwithin 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How does the return process work?
To initiate a return, please email us at ote.studio.ca@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges after this period.
How do I receive my store credit?
Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a store credit code. Store credit never expires and can be used at any time.
